About the Coach … Dick Matthews
Dick has been coaching, mentoring and counseling individuals and groups
in corporate and private practice for over thirty years.
After graduation from the University
of Massachusetts with a
Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, he joined the United States Air Force and
flew for a total of twenty years. He has
a Master of Science from the University
of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia,
PA and a Master of Business Administration
from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana
University, Bloomington, IN. He has worked as an Executive with the
General Electric Company, the CTS Corporation and as the Chief Executive
Officer of several not for profit organizations.
Dick is the founder of Richard Matthews Coaching. He is also the President of Matthews Management Associates, a Business
Strategy and Organizational Development Consulting Firm located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
His professional coaching training is through the Coaches Training
Institute’s Accredited Coach Training Program.
He has coached and mentored professionally in Minnesota for over 15 years.
Dick is married and has two grown children. |
